Brondalyn Nicole Coleman founded BNC Global after two decades of service and experience developing a variety of social service organizations. Ms. Coleman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, an Associates Degree in Public Service, and is pursuing an MBA at Louisiana State University.

As a result of Ms. Coleman’s service, experience, and education she has developed an expertise to design and coordinate human-centered solutions that includes:

• Service optimization;

• Culture and diversity development;

• Strategic planning; and,

• Public policy review and advocacy.

Presently, Ms. Coleman has centered BNC Global’s efforts on service later-stage social service organizations as part of her conviction to help reform and improve existing social services. Areas BNC Global is focused on includes, but is not limited to:

• Child Welfare and Safety;

• Mental Health;

• Education;

• Poverty Eradication; and,

• Human Rights.
